The other day as Areg was chowing down on his favorite breakfast--corn flakes, oats and milk--I decided to capture the moment. A few months ago he insisted that I stop feeding him. For a two year old kid, I think he does a pretty good job of shoveling in the food, and every day he spills less all over his shirt and pants. Usually I only fill the bowl a third to a half of capacity, because he has a habit of dumping it into the tray or else his lap. Seems the more food he sees the stronger the temptation. When he wants more he just tells me--"milk," "oats" and only just recently "con fakes" (previously known as "uh uh uh" while pointing to the box).
