Harvesting the grapes
Just returned from my father-in-law's dacha in Dzoraghpyur, only a 20 minute drive from central Yerevan. Most of the grapes had to be harvested and some apples had to be picked as well so they wouldn't spoil.
Here's a quince -- this weird fuzzy fruit will get much bigger and turn yellow when it's ripe for picking.
He has a few pear and apple trees, actually lots of different trees, including about five apricot and a few plum. A couple of walnut trees, too.
Even if it's only for an hour or two, I never miss the opportunity to leave the city. It's so worth it!
